In brief, if a new product is returned to our offices within 7 days of delivery, and in good order, we will refund the order. Unused damaged products will be refunded, but T’s & C’s apply. Exchanges for new items are permissible as long as the goods are received in the same state that they were dispatched. It is important to consider the Terms and Conditions before purchasing.
