Cold Therapy:
Place pad in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours
Use with the disposable cover provided
Apply for 20 minutes as needed
Store in freezer when not in use
Heat Therapy:
Microwave (only once thawed):
700W: 16 sec | 1000W: 13 sec | 1250W: 11 sec
OR place in a bowl of warm water (not boiling) for 1–2 minutes
