Directions of Use
1. Apply the electrode pads on the lower back using the included placement guide.
2. Start with Burst Mode for early labour. This delivers a pulsing, tingling sensation to stimulate natural pain relief hormones.
3. When a contraction begins, press the Boost Button for an extra surge of power to ease the intensity.
4. Adjust the pulse intensity using the up/down controls based on your comfort.
5. Continue using between and during contractions as needed.
6. Refer to the instruction guide and Women’s Guide to Drug-Free Pain Relief for best results and extra tips.
