  2. Pay a Refundable Deposit: The ordering process includes a refundable deposit payment. Secure your machine with a deposit (refunded once the unit is returned in good condition).

  3. Purchase Your Own Leads and Electrodes: For hygiene and safety reasons, we charge for a set of leads and electrodes. These are yours to keep. The charge is included in the payment.

4. Delivery: Complete the order and we will dispatch the unit to the address you have provide. A charge for delivery is included.

5. Use & Return: Use the machine throughout labour and postpartum recovery and then send it back to us!

Once you have completed the booking process, we will liaise with you regarding your due date. We supply the unit at 37 weeks. We will remind you when the unit must be returned. We allow for a rental period of 4 to 6 weeks. 

Once you have received the unit, please familiarize yourself with how it works. There is an instructions booklet provided. Try it and get comfortable with the various levels of intensity. There will be no negative effect to you or your baby while you practice. 

When it is time to return the unit to us we will supply you our address and contact details. You are welcome to use a courier service of your choice.
