Cold Use:
Place packs in the freezer for 3–4 hours before use.
Insert into a soft cover or wrap in cloth before placing on the breast.
Use for up to 15–20 minutes.
Hot Use:
Heat in microwave based on wattage:
700W: 16 sec | 1000W: 13 sec | 1250W: 11 sec
Or place in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for 1–2 minutes.
Always test the temperature before applying.
Use between feeds or as needed. Always use a cloth or protective cover.
